Here is our Hannah on one of the best days she's ever had. We were up bright and early to help Uncle David cut up a mass of barb wire and load some junk in his truck. The project took several hours and then it was off to the dump to become a junkyard dog!! Hannah helped by supervising from the truck.
I must tell you, Hannah didn't start out supervising from the truck. She was on the ground, close to the action, but after a while Uncle David asked where she was and we started looking around and couldn't find her. We called and called, thinking she was chasing a cottontail, but no Hannah. I was about to load into my Blazer to go looking for her when David called out to me, "Is she in my truck?" (The door was open as we went back and forth for tools, etc). I was beat feeting it back to the truck and called her name again. Slowly, we see her head raise and she yawned as she came over to the cab door to see if we had finished yet.

Happy Easter!
Hey! Is this little guy a peach or what?
It's been so long since I shared anything and frankly, I don't have much time now, but thought I'd share this little guy and hopefully, make you smile. Reminds me that Easter is on its way. What a wonderful time of the year and what a marvelous gift to be celebrating - Jesus' sacrifice for us.
God blesses us all!!

Forty two years ago - forty two, count 'em - forty two years ago today, a nervous, somewhat shy, but industrious nineteen year old had completed her first day of training with Pacific Telephone. Little did she know that was just the beginning of a long, fun filled career that would be full of ups and downs, but introduce her to some of the most fascinating people around. This employer (one of the mini bells of AT&T at the time), which became Pacific Bell/PacificTelesis and subsequently SBC and back to AT&T treated her to friendships and adventures of which she would never have imagined prior to this little beginning in an old, but sturdy AT&T building in Stockton, CA.
The building is still there, sturdy as ever. I drove by yesterday, when I happened to be in town. It wasn't as scary as it looked that first day of the adventure................and, I'm not sure, but I truly believe it seemed to bend every so slightly, its towering height tilting just enough to appear to nod, as if to say: You're welcome.

I want to share this wonderful link with you. I know we've all seen videos of dancing dogs, particularly in contests, but this is one of the most phenomenal I've ever seen. Watch the dog in this video carefully and you will notice, she doesn't seem to be looking for signals, but actually just feeling the beat and going with it.
What a wonderful world in which we live!
